Not sure what you want to study in college? This new student orientation is for you. You will -

• Engage with counselors who will help guide you
• Learn about the various career pathways at Chemeketa
• Participate in interactive career exploration
• Build self awareness with your vocational identity
• Make informed decisions about your future education and career path

In addition, you will -

• Meet with an advisor to review your placement assessment, select classes, and register for fall term
• Get help completing your financial aid and learn about additional resources to pay for college
• Get set up with Chemeketa's required technology for student success
• Learn best practices and use the various academic support resources to help you succeed

What you'll need before attending orientation
Complete the placement assessment form at least five business days before your scheduled orientation date to meet with an advisor and register for classes.
